Default Horde "Login Failed" after logging in

I've been searching the forum several times over the past few months, but I haven't seen this specific problem posted (nor do any of the similar issues' solutions work).

When I login to Horde from the authentication popup, the left navigation menu frame loads properly. But the right (main) frame loads a login page and an error message stating "Login Failed." is printed above the "Select Language" box. I have to click the login button on this page EVERY time I load the Horde interface. Sometimes I am bounced to that page 2 or 3 times before it actually loads the inbox content.

This problem exists for all users and domains on the server and has existed for a few months.

    Hi all,

I had the same issue. Got corrected by updating cpanel.

    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/upcp --force
    /scripts/fullhordereset

    I hope it helps!

For what it's worth - I've had this problem since Horde was redesigned. The last solution of repairing the Horde database from within WHM fixed it for me. Thanks to tgibobby!!!

OOPS! - It didnt fix it after all.

    Anybody else have any ideas??

same thing happens to me on a few servers, all centos 3.4...latest CURRENT build

Been ignoring it for a while, but would be nice to find an actual fix for it

    Any ideas?

This has been a problem since some other problems have been fixed with Horde - bug #2095 was opened 2/17 and has been comfirmed by numerous users. It has not been looked at by the cpanel team - it is time for some action on this...

Anyone with these issues i would encourage to update any information for BUG 2095 on bugzilla.cpanel.net as well as "vote" for the bug, as this will bring it to the attention of cPanel staff
