Horde Maintenance Errors

One of our users is have an issue with Horde in which it wants to do some kind of "mail maintenance" but even if you click on the button to not do it, it kicks back with an error stating that the login failed.

What is going on here? How do we fix this?

login to horde>options>Edit options for: <<Select HORDE>>
in Other Information categary, Login Tasks> untick both option and save.

I had the same problem. What I did was login with SquirrelMail and then logout. Then I tried HORDE and it worked.

I aslo tried to change the password and one account this resolved the problem but on the other accounts the first solution worked.

Tried changing the passwords as well as the logout from squirellmail.. Still got the same issue..

fixed it by following the procures below...

1. After getting the horde maintenance screen, I refreshed the browser
2. Removed all the extra url parts after domain:2095/horde and opened it... You can get the inbox there..
3. Click on Options --> Select Horde on the drop down --> Click on Login tasks --> Uncheck the 2 options and save.. That's it..

For those of you who can't even get to the Options screen due to this annoying issue, do this.

Go to PHPMyAdmin in WHM and find the Horde database. Open it and then execute this SQL query...

DELETE FROM horde_prefs WHERE ((pref_uid = '[email account]') and (pref_name = 'last_maintenance'))

Replace "[email account]" with the email account that is having issues.

Then, log into the account using Horde and uncheck all the boxes under Options > Login Tasks.
