Horde Passwd Module

Hey all, I searched the forum, found lots on changing passwords, but not what I am looking for.

I want to be able to get the Horde passwd module working. I realise users can change their password by going to domain.com/webmail, but I want an alternate solution. So my question is, what is the backend that handles authentication? Is all the user information stored in a mysql database? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ok, I found out how the authentication works and the backend, but does anyone have anything working that would allowe users to change their password in Horde??
