Horde Permission denied????

I'm not sure what's wrong with Horde mail on the server; it was working fine previously. This is the first time it's doing this. Here's the error message I'm getting:

Does anyone have any idea what's wrong? Anyone have any problems like this before? Please let me know. Thanks.

Try:

chown cpanel.cpanel /tmp/horde.log

That might fix some of it. Also make sure /tmp is set to 1777.
