Horde webmail - address books gone on cpmove

Not sure if it's just a permissions thing, but it seems like all the data is there and that horde is functioning fine - except the user's address book is gone. I had this problem before a long time ago and had resolved it but I don't recall what the problem/resolution was. Anyone have any ideas?

This is after a server migration using cPanel's CPMOVE utility.
