Yep. Same here. Webmail access for my customers seems to work at first. But, the only program that actually works is Neomail. Horde keeps giving a password login problem, though I am logging in with user@domain.com as the user. Also, squirrelmail just times out.

    What's up?

I have the same problem. Also regular email users can't pop their accounts or check their email via horde or squirrel mail. It only works via neo mail

Anyone have a fix for this yet. I have updated cpanel, downgraded cpanel.... etc., etc.,. etc. No fix yet. Lost a few customers already. This sucks the big one.

I just finished fixing horde mail.... works nice... you need to chmod a bunch of folders in there... they all could be read only by root...

sorry... I did trial and error... they were mostly in all the config folders and perhapas a few of them out there... they all belong to root and only root could read them... and execute them... so I 755 them and every single feature started to work...

Assuming that the problem was the same.

I am doing this from memory. Some might be missing. This is my first experience with horde. It's really a nice webmail system.

    Ichmod 755 the following files:

    in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde:

    config/*
    nmemo/config/*
    kronolith/config/*
    nag/config/*

I believe there were some files also in kronolith

    hope that helps.

Default sorry but it was not enough.

my system is still not working. Please push your brain to the limit in order to remember something else.

I took the kronolith files and chmod 755 all of the them and didn't work out.

    Thanks for your help.
