Horde's configuration files are missing or unreadable

Hi,

After the recent CPANEL update the horde isn't coming up on my server. It is giving the following error :

Some of Horde's configuration files are missing or unreadable
conf.php
This is the main Horde configuration file. It contains paths and basic items that apply to the core framework and all Horde applications.

Create these files from their .dist versions in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config and change them according to your needs.

Can someone help please.

Have you searched the forum and tried any of the multitude of fixes already listed for current known Horde issues? If not I would do that first.
