Default How to active Gzip compression for all my websites ?

    Hi,

I want to active the gzip compression for all my websiyes hosting on my server with Cpanel. I don't find any options in the Cpanel ?

This is possible to do that or I need to contact my hoster to configure this ?

    Thanks !

    Hello,

You need to check whether you have mod_deflate module installed in the server. It is must for compression. Do contact your host if you do not have root access. Some times compression may not have been enabled in the feature manager. GL.

Of note, in cPanel if you only have cPanel access, the option would be called Website Optimization to enable gzip compression for the sites. If you do not show Website Optimization as an option in your cPanel, then the hosting provider would need to add Deflate in the WHM > EasyApache (Apache Update) Step 6 Exhaustive Options area under Apache.
