how to add a dummie account for web designer

My web designer wants access to cpanel on one of my severs to add modern bill code to to our web site to facilitate the integration of a payment gateway with our new web site. He wants to look at php and the current set up of it. He wants to log into myphpadmin and look at the phpinfo page.

Can someone help out and tell me if i can set up a dummie account for him to have access to all of this info without a domain etc?

You could make an account for him with a jibberish, non-valid domain name (i.e. lksjflskdfjsadfaksldhfkljshdfklsjhf.com), then he can login via your server's hostname.com/cpanel
