How to add pointed domains without giving email?

How can I add pointed domains to an account without giving email access also?

Do you mean parked domains or add-on domains? If parked, then all you'd need to do is (setup DNS zone if required and) edit httpd.conf and find the VirtualHost container for the domain in question and add a new line:

ServerAlias newdomain.com www.newdomain.com

Then restart httpd.
