How to allow editing of Mailman Listinfo page?

The Mailman interface accessed through cPanel lets the user create a list, and then offers an option to edit public html pages when administrating the list. That works well. But for some reason, the public listinfo page is not included in this interface. The cPanel user cannot get to the Listinfo page to edit it as far as I can tell. Anyone have a solution? It makes sense to let the list admin edit the page to add navigation links and the like. Or is this a new feature request?

General list information page

AFAIK - it is default under Edit Html pages.
