How to ask for the free cpanel pro license ?

It has being said that who had problems updating cpanel during the ddos attack on cpanel servers would get a free cpanel pro license.

wel ... i spend all the afternoon on this and things were pretty bad for me during the problems.

I solved it together to RackShack.

How do I ask for the license now ? Who should I contact ?
