How to block certain country from a server

Is there anyway of denying access for any users coming from a China based IP address.

I have had enough of these 'humans' continually placing fake orders, giving fake addresses and giving stolen credit card information.

This week we have received over 25. We are blocking each IP as they come in but was wondering if we would block China all together as we will never host any one from China.

I apologise if I offend any one, however, its ridiculous and we have never received an order from China that has been legite.
