How to block a email address/ text Serverwide

Hi,

due to regulat SPAM coming, i want to block like TrafficMagnet.com server-wide so that it doesn't reach any malbox on any domain on the server.

I think the text has to be put in exim.conf, but where not sure.

Lots of people have done it, and if you had first used the &Search& feature here, you would already know the answer.
