    Default How to block groups.yahoo.com

I have tried and tried but haven't come up with a solution to block this specific url/site from allowing ANY incoming mail to my server. But they seem to have a large sum of IPs and also would like to ban returns.groups.yahoo.com

Any ideas of help is much appreciate as I am at my wits end.

    Thank you.

Wow, well I sure hope the one person out there that knows what I'm looking for reads this post. The forum doesn't seem as strong as it did years ago.
