how to block incoming mail senders?

Hello,

I have one question about blocking INCOMING mails, how can i block incoming mails (senders and/or domains) globaly?

I already use exim to block outgoing domains (rejectdomains acl), and it worked well, but this feature dont block incoming mails from others servers.

Anyone know something about that?
