How can I locate outdated scripts.

I used to have a link to a post somewhere on this forum where it stated how you can locate outdated scripts (phpBB, Joomla, PHP-Nuke etc) through the commandline, but I am unable to find the post again.

Does anyone know how to do this?

You can easily check from WHM with these steps:

1.Login into WHM
2.Click on Fantastico De Luxe WHM Admin from Plugins section.
3.Click on Installations Overview
