How Can I restoring Cpanel Backup on secuand server with out any licence?

I Want got a new server and use it as backup server (mirror)
I want know is there any way to restore backups on secuand server without Cpanel Licence ?

If you don't have CPanel on the new server, you won't be able to just "click and go" as far as restoring the site... but you can move the file over to the new server, extract it, and restore the content there manually.
