how can i stop migrating from my server?

i want to ask a question,
it is that cpanel/whm offer a good tool and let people migrate account from one server to another,
i want to ask if there are any method stop or obstruct the migration,
like closing the port 2222,...ect,
i hope you can give me some suggestion
