How can I upblock an IP at the firewall?

A client has used the incorrect password to access his FTP account and as a results his entire IP is now blocked. He cannot see his website or receive email from his office. How do I release his IP so that he can see his site again?

If you are using APF, try:

apf -u xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is his IP address

If this was triggered by cPanel/WHM's brute force protection, you can fix this by going to WHM -> Security -> Security Center -> cPHulk Brute Force Protection.
