i have several large sites to do and dont want to bugger it up.

Nope, you'll have to backup the data for the addon domain then delete it and create a full account and then restore the data. You'll have to create the email accounts, etc, by hand.

Bugger i thought that might have been the case
why resellers setup shiteloads of domains as addons instead of full accounts i will never know....
