How to change the email password via ssh?
due to my server got problem with accessing the cpanel and then user need to check the mail, but he forgot it, any one know how to it so?

Sounds like your busy mopping the floor when you should be turning off the faucet(Tap)

Perhaps you should fix the cpanel problem first.

well, i've try to contact to site5.com but more than 6 hr. no response what should i do, or you have any else solution?

Im not sure if it will work with CPANEL down - but you could try logging into Horde using his main cpanel username and password - NOT HS EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD! I think only horde allows you to do this - the other email sysytems that come with cpanel do not.

If he does that then he will have the option (top right of inbox) to select individual mail accounts.

What's the problem with your cpanel box? What's it doing?

icanectc - site5.com are not hosting cpanel at the moment - not sure what went wrong, but they are making quiet a few people unhappy.
