how to clean 130.000 email

I have an interesting problem. I have found that one of websites has nearly 130000 email in inbox. I think min. 120000 of them are spam. But to smartdelete spams from 130000 mail. Or must I delete all of them?

login via horde with your root password, click folders find the mail box, put a checkmark in the box, choose empty folder.
