How could I write a PHP script to create email accounts?

Say I could have a page full of inputs, where I enter values for variables, such as the email address and the quota for the account. Then I submit and it would automatically create the account, without people having to touch cPanel but still using cPanel's code?

Just did a search and found a thread with 71 replies but all versions were buggy and for cPanel 5 (not 6.4.0) and had a lack of basic features. I saw that it is indeed extremely complicated to do this so maybe I'll have to just, not do it lol.
