Default How to create a shortcut other than Access cPanel & Access cPanel Webmail

You know when you login to cPanel X skin, on top of it 'Preference', the right most button is 'shortcuts'

but eventually these shortcuts only available to do 'Access cPanel' and 'Access cPanel Webmail'

Is there a way I can create other shortcuts? say I want to create a short cut to my helpdesk?

Sure. Go to your webpage, find the link to your helpdesk, left click and drag it to your bookmarks toolbar. (or wherever you want to put it)

You can add any link in your cPanel or anywhere else for that matter, the same way. Or add a bookmark like you've always done.
(This is not so much a feature as a handy reminder to a new user of the URL I think)

Well, you could take the easy route and edit the cPanel news section from your WHM and add some links that way. This would display in a small box on the side of your cPanel page.
Or, you could take the less traveled road and have a look at this. http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=83297
