How to delete a gnuPG key ?

When trying to delete a GnuPG key, I get this error.

Unable to delete key. You might need to
delete the secret key first (secret keys must be deleted from a ssh
session


Which is the procedure to delete the key from ssh ?

If I terminate the account with the GnuPG keys ,
the Keys are deleted or remain on the server ?
