How did they setup this clustered hosting

Does anyone know what this host is using:

to make their cpanel clustered. I cant seem to find anything about a cpanel fail over application anywhere.

Their probably do clustering on the OS level, with something like LVS, heartbeat, etc

cPanel is not an OS, nor does it do stuff like clustering / networking / etc. It can, however control stuff like Apache, Exim, MySQL, etc etc. If the servers are clustered on the OS level, it doesn't matter what control panel you use, or don't use, it's still a cluster
