How to disable eximstats

eximstats have many process and server usage at most time.
I need to full disable this service, im do it this from service manager.
But i see its work too.
How can full disable this service?

You should clear the database table occasionally for this as it
tends to get overloaded and messy and that's when it starts
eating up memory and cpu resources.

We have a cron process that wakes up occasionally and monitors
the size of the table and truncates it when it gets too large and
that seems to work pretty well without the need to have to
actually disable eximstats.

It's kind of like a log file that never gets cleared and eventually
eats up your hard drive but in this case, it's a MySQL database
table that grows large enough to start to bog down the database
server and slow other processes unless cleared periodically.
