Default How do I change the default email shown in WHM?

A client asked me how he could change the default email shown for accounts he created in his WHM - many of the accounts listed shows 'none'. I told him that he could change it in CPanel in the mail section 'Default Address' but it didn't work. Is there any other way this email can be changed?

    Thanks
    John

Hmm - 10 visits and noone knows? - what file are this info in? - if not possible through CPanel then it must be possible to ssh and change it.

    Reseller permissions?

It works on the accounts I create.

create a file called .contactemail and have the e-mail address there. Place it in /home/TheUserAccount

I assume placing a copy of the .contactemail file in your cpanel3-skeleton directory will ensure future accounts are setup correctly.
