    Default How do I enable shell access?

    Shell access is not enabled on your account!
    If you need shell access please contact support.
    ========
    I finnaly figured out how to get to where I can log on..and then I get that error..how do I contact whoever...

    lil help please..

    Talk to your host about this.

    From your other post, the MYSQL database server is going down, your host should manage the server / keep chkservd / SIM running to make sure services stay up. Contact them.
