How do I manually configure MS Outlook?

I setup a bunch of email account in cpanel, now how do I configure outlook. I want to do it manually so what would be the POP server and SMTP server?

Lets say my site is www.blah.com. I ahve created the email account test@blah.com.
What do I put into outlook for the username and password and SMTP and POP servers?

POP or IMAP: mail.blah.com
SMTP: use your ISPs mailserver
User: test@blah.com
Pass: whateveryoumadeit

that should do it.
