How do i reset cpanel ?

am trying to reset my cpanel acc so i can start all over again but i dont know how to do that and can that be done if possible, also is there ne way to change the name of the website am making?

If you are trying to wipe your account clean and start over, you just need to delete / recreate the account in WHM. If you don't have access to WHM, talk to your hosting provider and they should be able to do this for you.
