How do you uninstall mailscanner and the mailscanner fe?

It got completely hosed up because of CSF and LFD, and I cannot reach Chirpy or anyone in his company. I can not get mail through the system at all, so my only assumption is that mailscanner is still holding on somewhere.

I would have loved to get it reinstalled, but they do not respond to support tickets, so if anyone knows of any way to completely remove it, I would really appreciate it.
