Setting permissions on the account package... Done

Do you have root access to both servers and what OS and cPanel/WHM version are you running on both the source and destination servers?

Please see whether the permissions of scp in your server is set to 755

    As root, use
    Code:
    ls -l /usr/bin/scp
Well, to know the exact path of scp, you might need to use the command
    Code:
    which scp
This will let you know whether scp is having the 755 permission
