    while backup i get

    Have you implemented the new backup script as explained in the other thread you posted about having backup problems?

    thanks chirpy finally somebody wants to help me again
    yes i updated /scripts and upcp to latest release
    and gives same error and doesn't abckup homedirs at all
    90% of backups are 0 byets

    You would probably get more responses if you had a more informative, less desperate thread title. That being said, seems there were some change with respect to this issue in the changelog, have they resolved your issue? have you already put in a bugzilla report ?

    thanks for your reply
    my problem is not fixed and because may other server owners faces same problems then it must be a bug and i'm sure cpanel admins admit that their backup system is not perfect
    and what about the bugzilla system i'm new to it ???

    This may have been fixed in 9.9.8 (build 67)

    "add a timeout safety to the pkgacct/cpuwatch system to prevent mysql databases
    dumps from timeouts."

    cpbackup does use both of those.
