Default How to forward pop3 account to gmail ?

I have 1 pop3 account for send mail out only. I set pop before smtp.
( My local ISP SMTP is bad and it not 100% for fake owner company email )

But there are a lot of spam mails. I want to forward incoming mail to Gmail ( without leave them in pop3 inbox).

By setup one pop3 account and forwarder account didn't work.

    Thank for advance.

    Found solution now

This is a trick. No need to setup forward mail account.

Set advance level filtering to redirect mail in cpanel page:

Any header contain your@yourdomain.com redirect to email your@gmail.com

Don't forget to add your@yourdomain.com in Gmail contact list to avoid spam or blacklist.

News info: Gmail can now set fake From: for multiaccount access. Very good...

Maybe we don't need my own domain POP3/SMTP. Just setup fetch mail in google to get mail from cpanel pop3.

If you just set up an e-mail forwarder and not a mail account then mail for that address will only forward, it won't collect on the server.

Actually the best practice with gmail would be to set up a mail account on your webhosting account to collect mail for this e-mail address, then have your gmail account log into the POP3 service on your server and check this mailbox.

When you forward mail off of your server, even if you use this filter setup that you have, then you run the risk of forwarding spam off of your server to Gmail which might cause Gmail to blacklist your server (because your server is effectively sending spam to Gmail). If you pull e-mail from your server through Gmail, then you won't have this potential problem of being blacklisted.
