how to get .asp* pages work

i am new to this but, i need to get asp pages to work with linux/apache. can some one guide me on this. I have a cpanel linux server and have tried installing mod mono and perl modules, still no luck ..


Please let me know the steps..

Have you searched these forums for the term mod_mono? I'm pretty sure there are several threads you might find useful.

You can try to install Sun One ASP which offers more compatibility than mod_mono. You should know that it's compatible with cPanel and I've installed it in many of my servers.

mod_mono only provides compatibility with .NET v2. If your ASP.NET applications require a newer version of the .NET spec, then a Microsoft Windows server is the only viable alternative.


If your application is compatible with ASP.NET v2, then providing the specific issues arising will enable us to provide you better help.


The Sun ONE ASP product does not provide support for ASP.NET.
