The simplest way would be to install cpanelproxy (do a search for it) and then login to cPanel through that and use the File Manager.

Well a few people from the company need to ftp some files on my cpanel server and i don't to give them my cpanel access ?
Would you have another solution ?
Best regards,

Since you can't easily have more than one service listening on the same port, the idea of getting anything other than Apache listening on port 80 isn't really an option.
If, from your location, you can only access port 80 then you'll have to install some form of script on your server that will act as an http-based FTP proxy. You'd probably need to undergo this initial stage at some other location with more reasonable access.
As for proxy scripts to use, do a bit of googling. There are plenty of ftp proxy scripts around.
Incidentally, why would it not be possible to allow access, from your location, to the ports that you would need?
You could always install a CMS system for the site and use your browser to upload files.

Thanks for your advices, i will try to run a second ftp process on port 80 as well.
Otherwise a proxy script or upload via CMS will be needed.
Do you know a FTP CMS ?
