I want only remove packages of sites removed from server.

When I remove a reseller, the packages continue in server.

Has thousand of packages no more in use and page (Reseller Center) in WHM is very slow to load.

    Thank you

Chirpy gave you the easy way.

The hard way would be to use WHM and under Packages click the "Delete Packages" entry and then select the unwanted package and use the "kill" button. This will remove the packages one at a time.
