That's not really an answer to my question. I personally like Windows on my computer but not on a server.

Why won't you run ASP on a linux server?

Simply put asp does not work properly on linux, It will not work like windows asp

and far as i know no one has got mod_mono working very well if at all

if you want to offer .net and asp then use windows

apache_asp is a poor implementation of asp on linux ,chilisoft asp is the best for linux but still yet you can not run access database on linux

why try to make stuff work where it was never intended to, specially if your hosting customers on the boxes

To actually answer your question - no there is no function in WHM to do so.
You'll have to install the module and Apache::ASP or ChilliASP yourself.
