Default how to install dBase on cPanel/WHM with PHP 5.3.6

    Hi,

How can I install dBase on PHP 5.3.6?
The extension doesn't show up while updating from EasyApache.
I tried to install it from
    Code:
WHM > Software > Module Installers > PHP Pecl
and got following message in the end
    Code:
    Build process completed successfully
    Installing '/usr/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/dbase.so'
    install ok: channel://pecl.php.net/dbase-5.0.1
    Extension dbase enabled in php.ini
The dbase.so object is not in /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626
even after that message appear, I tried to use dBase function but it says
    Code:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function dbase_open() in .......
    can anyone guide me?

    Could you try the following?

    Code:
    cd /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626
    ln -s /usr/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/dbase.so
If that works, please let us know. We've had this reported a few times, so please also provide your cPanel version:

    Code:
    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
    Thanks!
