How to install libwbxml2 & TNEF

We're trying to install a CRM application which requires the libwbxml2 & TNEF to be installed on the server. I tried to do a search but can't find much information about the libwxml2 on the forum. Can somebody help me in understanding how we can install it on a cpanel server.

I cannot find any information on it on google at all.

I can find how to install it, but there is very little information regarding cpanel.

Can someone help...?
