How to install SSL?

I am unable to install SSL cert. It gives me error from user cpanel:
SSL Host Setup
Attempting to verify your certificate.....

And error from WHM:
Attempting to verify your certificate.....
Modulus mismatch, key file does not match certificate. Please use the correct key file

Each time I have such problems. So I have to install self signed cert and then change key and cert file to real via shell. This time I give up. Why I pay for cpanel and do it everyitime via shell???

When you are going to solve this problem? I have the last current build.

That is abnormal behavior. I would recommend submitting a support ticket regarding this so someone can look into this for you: http://tickets.cpanel.net/submit
