How to interface with WHM

I saw a script called NiXT WhmManager, I was just wondering if there was a site or a place to learn how to interface with WHM like it does? As a side not here I can't get it to work, I just want to add something like what it has to my own script, ie. to suspend accounts with a click instead of digging out server info to login. I am going to look threw its code, but if anyone has a site on how to work with WHM please let me know thanks!
