easiest way I know is first make a sub domain from their control panel. Like &subdomain.maindomain.com&. It will make a folder called &subdomain&... just make sure it's teh same as their folder they want to use.

Next go in WHM ..park domain / and park the new domain on the &subdomain.maindomain.com&

    I think this will work.
Just keeping my "eye" on things....

Tried that and it does not work for me.
    Any idea?
The new domain name points to the default dir of that park on top domain name not the sub-dir.

    Pls help

flexibert1, remove the parked domain and repeat the same steps. Except this time, instead of selecting the subdomain from the list, type it in the box above the list.
