How to remove domain from another user?

One domain was added as addon domain to another user, is there a way to remove it? After some restores from backup it doesn't show in CPanel list of addon domains, it's visible only in bandwidth report. I've added it already as separate account. How can I remove it from addon domain and rebuild user list?

check appropriate user file in /var/cpanel/users folder, remove not needed domain from user file. then check /etc/userdomains file and do same. then run /scripts/updateuserdomains and after done, check all files again. also you should check httpd.conf
