    Angry How To Restore Backup Files??

    Hi All!
    I have used the backup feature inside cpanel...
    I have made a FULLBACKUP and a I have saved on my computer a tar.gz file.
    Ihave checked inside this file .sql file are ok with all the db data.
    Now i would like restore this backup!
    I select this (.tar.gz)file into "restore home backup" and click upload!
    After a while cpanel load a white page with a black arrow and the title "restoring file". Nothing else.
    And the backup isnt restore.

    What I wrong??
    Why it doesnt work?

    what's the size of your backup file ? if you have accesss to the WHM, try restoring it from WHM backup and restore function.

    The tar.gz file is 800K...
    I havent any backup features into my WHM panel... my hoster didnt enable it....
