How to see emails contents

I have one user always sending email out in big quantities, I notice this via mail scanner Mailwatch program, this program will show me from who send to who and what is the subject line but do not show the contents of email. I frequently see this user send email with the subject line "promotion for ......" and out in big quantities. I wanted to check the email contents to see what he is sending and if he is sending spam mail, I will have to stop him. Anybody can help me how to see the contents of his email. I have SSH access to the server.

The typical MailWatch configuration will allow you to view the contents of an email message.

I can't find any button within MailScanner to see the emails content, appreciate very much if you could kindly assist how I can go about.
