Default How to see script names in CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage?

Hi,I know WHM has a function to show script names in daily process logs, but after installation,I can't see that.
Is it because I complied apache and php without any important params?

No, it has nothing to do with the Apache compilation. Don't you have that option under WHM >> 'Server Status' option?
