how to sto creating account with specific words

We have centOS5 and WHM 11 on the server.

Now we are facing problem on server due to phishing website. So please tell us that how to ban/stop the client to create the account with the name
bankofamerica , halifax , citibank , and words like this. So that if client try to create the account with this word, they will not be allow to do it.

Use a prewwwacct hook to check the user name.
